Flexiworld was honored to be one of the members
of The 2004 Road Sho w - China Connect delegation. The Company
was selected out of over 100 prominent, mostly Silicon Valley,
companies to represent the U.S. entrepreneurial spirit on
an intensive one week business journey to Hong Kong, Shanghai
and Beijing. The members of delegation were provided with
real-time intelligence regarding the latest business developments
in China and high level networking opportunities with entrepreneurs,
strategic partners, investors and advisors shaping the brave
new economy in China. William Chang, Flexiworld's President
and CTO, brought back strong relationships established with
top rank C hinese officials, investment companies and banks,
as well as leading Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. These
great achievements will help the Company to further succeed
in the Chinese market, as well as establish new and strengthen
the existing connections in China. In addition to this, the
event provided a great opportunity to network and socialize
with prominent Silicon Valley executives, and outline potential
business development and partnership projects.

Flexiworld Technologies, Inc. captured the second
prize at 2004 Silicon Valley Gong Show based on the votes
of the distinguished venture panel. The competition was tight
and only a slight technical malfunction prevented the Company
from getting top honors.
The Gong Show is the fifth business plan competition established
to bring together top entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
Each presenting company has an opportunity to provide a two-minute
elevator pitch to a panel of top-tier VCs and an audience
of approximately 200 entrepreneurs, VCs, professional service
providers and other industry leaders. Based on these presentations,
the venture panel selects four finalist companies to provide
a ten-minute "meeting" with the panel. This influential event
has been covered by a global cable news network. As a result
of a successful presentation and winning position at the show,
Flexiworld managed to secure several follow-up meetings with
potential investors.
Flexiworld voted a #1 best
early stage company in the Pacific Northwest
Flexiworld was voted one of the two best investment
opportunity by nearly 200 accredited investors and VCs at
the premier Seattle Investment Forum out of 173 early stage
companies. ESIF Bnext is the largest investment conference
in the Northwest showcasing what is next - nearly 200 accredited
investors and prominent VCs votes for the best early stage
investment opportunities in the Northwest. Flexiworld was
voted #1 in the final day of the conference [Seattle, March
29, 2002].

CEO of Garage Technology Ventures; Jennifer Fonstad, Managing
Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson; Hank Barry, General Partner
of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners; Ravi Jacob, VP at Intel
Capital; Fred Wong, Managing Partner at InveStar Capital;
and Barry Eggers, General Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Business Journal competition
Flexiworld's business plan was voted in the "Ten
Best for 2002" by the Portland Business Journal, out of over
130 companies. [February 13, 2002]
Flexiworld one of Northwest's
best five startups
Flexiworld was selected as a top five "hot prospect" among
technology startups in the Northwest, at Venture Oregon 2001.
In the past five years, 25 venture funds have invested over
$650 million dollars in 63 companies that have presented at
Venture Oregon. Five of those companies have gone public,

Flexiworld was honored as a Top 5 startup company in Portland
by the Seattle Investment Forum's Venture All-Star Summit.
The selection committee comprised 35 private equity analysts
including venture capitals, angel investors and successful
