I have a wireless PDA or Phone, Can I directly print today?

No. You can't easily print today. To print to a particular printer brand and model, you first need a matching driver in your PDA. The limited power of PDAs may not support installation of multiple printer drivers like a PC. In addition, there are a multitude of mobile platforms, and the printer drivers for each are not available (e.g. Palm, Pocket PC, Java, mobile Linux, Brew, Symbian etc) – only Windows-XP has printer drivers. Second, the printer needs to be wireless enabled by having an expensive wireless controller built-in. There are only two Bluetooth printers in the market for wireless printing - both only comes with Windows XP drivers.

Can a generic Bluetooth^® Dongle provide Plug-N-Print capability?

No, a generic Bluetooth dongle cannot support wireless printing to any printer. A generic Bluetooth dongle only adds Bluetooth^® connection or cable replacement for a PC or printer - it does not provide the application “inside” for printing. Flexiworld has developed the applications behind wireless communication protocols to provide ease of use and pervasive wireless printing anywhere to any printer. Only a FlexiJet™ has this unique software inside.

I have a laptop, but it doesn't have Bluetooth, can I still benefit from FlexiJet?

Yes. The FlexiJet™ package includes a generic Bluetooth^® USB adapter for your laptop, in addition to Plug-N-Print FlexiJet™. Simply plug this Bluetooth^® adapter into your laptop's USB port if it does not already have Bluetooth^® and it will enable the wireless communication and printing between your laptop and the FlexiJet™.

Is there any similar product like Plug-n-print wireless FlexiJet in the market?

No, there is no product in the market like FlexiJet™ with the wireless “Plug-N-Print on the go” feature. FlexiJet™ uniquely embeds “inside” an adapter both Bluetooth technology and Flexiworld's proprietary FlexiCore™ ä software application. We all know there are other Bluetooth^® dongles selling on the market now, and what are the differences between FlexiJet™ professional (the instant wireless network adapter) and the Bluetooth^® dongles?

There are many differences, below are just a few:

FlexiJet is mobile: Bluetooth^® dongles is not mobile; one has to install Bluetooth^® stack and driver to a PC. FlexiJet require no installation or configuration, just plug and start using. Hence, mobile user can use it on the go like a flash driver.
FlexiJet can mobile wireless print on the go: Bluetooth^® dongles cannot print; FlexiJet can print to any printer on the go and do power point presentations.
FlexiJet can print any document format from mobile Phones. Bluetooth^® dongle cannot print from Mobile phone.
