Dr. Lee is world-renowned expert in marketable wireless technologies and is author of several widely read books on mobile telecommunication and wireless technology. A pioneer in CDMA technology, Dr. Lee holds more than 25 US patents and has authored over 200 published papers.

His 32 years ' experience in taxation and business advisory services spans closely held and public companies primarily in the high-tech industry.
Steven Palmquist (Technical Advisor – Printing Technology) is former VP of Engineering at Tektronix, the third largest printer manufacturer in the U.S. before merging with Xerox. Steve is a co-founder of Tektronix's color imaging and printing division, where he developed corporate OEM, and business development, resulting in annual revenue growth from $70M to over $750M during his 10 years tenure. Jim was founder of Liberate Technologies (NASDAQ:LBRT) - formerly Network Computer, Inc. from Oracle. He helped take the company public in July 1999. Before joining Vesta in 2005, Matt consulted to a variety of early to mid-stage growth technology companies developing business models, market strategies, and capital structures. Prior to that, he worked in Germany as Director of Mobile Strategic Alliances for Lycos Europe, a Bertelsmann joint venture, where he developed relationships with mobile operators, as well as content and service providers, throughout Europe . Matt has also served as Vice President Business Development for Multitude, a voice-over IP and unified messaging company in San Francisco , California , and Vice President Finance for NetChannel Inc., where he was instrumental in its sale to AOL in 1998. Matt earned BS degrees in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University .
